SME-D visited Teleanalys in connection with the VU meeting
Yesterday, January 24, 2017, SME-D (The Swedish Association of Small and Medium Size Enterprises in Defense and Security) gathered for networking and information exchange at member company Teleanalys. After the regular agenda, including discussions about exports, referrals and the Defense Company Days in-depth seminars, a tour of the company was conducted.

SME-D participates in the People and Defense National Conference in Sälen
The conference is Sweden's most important forum for discussions on security policy, defense and society's crisis preparedness and brings together approximately 350 participants for talks focusing on world security, Sweden's defense, people's safety and society's crisis preparedness. New proposal: Defense takes over logistics
DEFENSE. Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of equipment should be moved back to the Armed Forces, the government's investigator proposes. The goal is to achieve clearer leadership and to provide better conditions for the military units. The investigation is now being sent out for consultation and the government will then return to the Riksdag with a bill. Read more here.
The Armed Forces' long-term materiel needs
