SME-D responds to the referral of the report on information security for essential and digital services

SME-D has been given the opportunity to provide comments on the referral titled:

General information about the report
The investigation has as a whole proposed a Swedish implementation of the NIS Directive that is well considered and good. The requirements that the NIS Directive places on the Member States are mainly handled well, however, there is potential for improvement when it comes to achieving an actual increase in operational capability within the sectors concerned.
