New proposal: Defense takes over logistics

DEFENSE. Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of equipment should be moved back to the Armed Forces, the government's investigator proposes. The goal is to achieve clearer leadership and to provide better conditions for the military units. The investigation is now being sent out for consultation and the government will then return to the Riksdag with a bill. Read more here.

It was an interesting and inspiring annual meeting. 12 member companies were represented and had the opportunity to meet the Minister of Defense's press secretary, Marinette Nyh Radebo. There was also an opportunity to mingle with beer and sandwiches.
