Member meeting and workshop with SME-D
SME-D has grown strongly in recent years and has gained several new members. Therefore, we held a member workshop - where both old and new members were able to give their views on what issues SME-D should pursue in the short and long term.
On March 12, SME-D held a well-attended member meeting at Teknikföretagen and digitally via Teams. For two hours, our members worked together on strategies and priorities within the association going forward.
The agenda for the meeting and workshop was:
- SME-D role and purpose – why do we exist?
- Reporting on what the SME-D business plan stipulates that the association will do in 2024
- Add/remove suggested activities
- Develop and concretize activities that the business plan describes
- Other things that you consider important to highlight and discuss based on focusing SME-D work in 2024
