Regulatory compliance in a complex environment – In-depth SCIP

As of January 5, 2021, suppliers and installers must report the presence of substances of very high concern in their products to the European Chemicals Agency's (ECHA) database "SCIP".

What is SCIP and what are the requirements for the supply chain? Making an SCIP notification requires preparation in the form of both collecting information and compiling the collected information. In this first training session, we will review which products are affected by SCIP and the obligations of different actors for a SCIP notification, as well as tips and advice on strategies for collecting and compiling information for a SCIP notification.

The training is carried out in collaboration with the Swedish Association of Technology Companies, Technology Companies' Industry Groups, Mobility Sweden and Ramberg lawyers.
