Fair public procurement processes<\/h2>\n

The conditions for government procurement must be changed to better meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The opportunity to win a public procurement contract should be on a level playing field, not on equal terms.<\/p>\n

Therefore: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Rules and guidelines governing procurement must be clear, uniform and apply to all actors<\/li>\n
  • Requirements that exclude SMEs from submitting tenders are abolished<\/li>\n
  • Dialogue forms to avoid review are established<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

    Increase the market for our members<\/h2>\n

    Strong and prosperous small and medium-sized enterprises are a prerequisite for a well-functioning and strong total defense. The conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises to be able to do business should therefore be simplified.<\/p>\n

    Among other things, by:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Regulations are simplified and clarified<\/li>\n
    • Promote the possibility for SMEs to submit tenders as a consortium<\/li>\n
    • Open up for innovation procurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

      In addition, we believe that:<\/h2>\n

      • The permit process must be simplified so that the business community can contribute to maintaining a Swedish total defense<\/li>\n
      • The state's procurement expertise must be improved and a greater understanding of the industry's conditions and operations must be gained.<\/li>\n
      • Framework contract procurements should be balanced and contain reasonable terms for buyers and sellers over time. This includes, among other things, the possibility of indexation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
